Back in early 1946 a young mechanic established Odder Motorcycle Repair. His brother joined the company, and soon they skipped motorcycles to the benefit of Singer gas cylinder production. Business was good, and being innovative, hardworking as well as hydraulically talented the two brothers switched to the production of small 10 tons hand presses (for buttons). – In November 1946 they changed the company name, and Hydraulico was a fact.
