Electronic Shimming <sup>TM<\/sup> reduziert Aussschussrate, erleichtert die Produktionskontrolle und erm\u00f6glicht einen schnellen und unkomplizierten Werkzeugwechsel.\r\n<h3>Das System<\/h3>\r\nDas von Hydraulico entwickelte Electronic Shimming <sup>TM<\/sup> -System besteht aus drei Komponenten:\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Aus der Electronic Shimming Unit, die ein komplettes elektronisches und hydraulisches System ist,<\/li>\r\n \t<li>aus einem Bedienfeld und<\/li>\r\n \t<li>aus der Electronic Shimming-Platte.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\nDie Ausgleichsplatte enth\u00e4lt einzelne Taschen oder Zonen, die jeweils mit Hydraulik\u00f6l unter Druck gesetzt und einzeln gesteuert werden. \u00dcber das Bedienfeld k\u00f6nnen Benutzer Druckzonen auf der Platte einrichten, den Druck w\u00e4hrend eines Teils des Presszyklus \u00e4ndern und die Einstellungen f\u00fcr einen sp\u00e4teren Abruf speichern.\r\n<h3>Passt in jede hydraulische Presse<\/h3>\r\nDas Electronic Shimming <sup>TM<\/sup>-System kann in jede hydraulische Presse eingebaut werden. Auf Wunsch kann Hydraulico die Platte direkt in eine neue Matrize einbauen \u2013 eine sehr kosteneffiziente L\u00f6sung. Wir bieten eine Reihe von Ausgleichsplatten an \u2013 Modelle mit einer Schale, mit zwei Schalen, mit 1 1\/2 Schalen und mit 2 1\/2 Schalen.
