Maximizing Precision and Flexibility with a Tryout Press
Precision
Low deflection in the bed and ram is verified by finite element analysis and reinforced by extended guiding. On that foundation we set and monitor parallelism through the stroke to isolate variables so you can evaluate die design and performance.
Flexibility
Choose from wide speed ranges, cylinder configurations, moving bolsters and multi-axis layouts to mirror your production conditions. Each axis has independent control of position, pressure and speed and can be turned on or off as needed. Typically, a moving bolster will allow comfortable and deeper inspection of upper and lower die halves, as well as making it easy to use your overhead crane for die loading/unloading.
Die Spotting
Purpose-built software lets you stop and reverse any axis on demand. This helps you check mechanical fit across tool features and observe material behavior. For all downward-facing axes, including ram, inner ram, upper ejectors and triples, we integrate mechanical hydraulic locks solutions that secure the instant locking of the motion for a safe inspection of engagement points along the stroke.
